Each and every thing that surrounds you may become pastry, in the mind of pastry chef. We were tasked to make custom silicone mould for a chocolate stand. But not a regular one. This had to be in form of pyramid which would have several tiers. We had to model it almost from scratch (client sent us his vision of a model made with cardboard, but it wasn’t quite accurate), then 3d print all elements to build a real pyramid so we would understand how it would behave in environment. After all adjustments were made, the master-model was printed, post processed and finally casted with food grade silicone. The pyramid was ready to be built.
